Role :
The E- Lending representative is a financial coach that listens to our members needs . E Lenders look out for the member's best interest and offer solutions to improve their financial life. They will process e-lending applications and make outbound calls to support member needs. The E-Lender will act on our value preposition and be easy to work with. As the face of our organization a E-Lending Representative will: Build member loyalty Provide solutions for internal and external members Build and maintain product knowledge Focus on compliance and security
Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
Consistently provides outstanding service that meets the credit union's services promises and standards. Consistently identify the needs for members and recommend appropriate credit union solutions in order to build loyalty and meet or exceed organizational goals. Process e-lending applications and make outbound calls to identify opportunities to assist the financial needs of the member. Own internal and external member problems, issues and complaints and ensure the appropriate follow up to achieve proper resolution.
Performance Measurements:
Meet all service standards when delivering both internal and external service by set Quality Loop Monitoring and Internal Service Surveys. Identify the needs of the members and recommend appropriate solutions in order to build member loyalty and meet organizational goals. Assist member with account needs, resolve problems and complaints to ensure the appropriate follow up to a achieve a proper resolution. Meet successful referral goals as defined in the performance goal document..
Hours :
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Experience One year to three years of related experience in lending. Education 2 years of college or more
Interpersonal Skills :
Work involves much personal contact with other inside and outside of the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution while building relationships and soliciting cooperation. Discussion involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
