Our client is looking for motivated and professional Collections Specialists to join our growing team in Peabody Ma . In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for consumers, helping them resolve outstanding balances in the healthcare, financial, and educational sectors.

Make a high volume of outbound calls and handle incoming inquiries regarding delinquent accounts.

Negotiation:

Establish payment plans or settlements according to client-specific guidelines.

Data Accuracy:

Accurately update consumer demographics and document all interactions in the recovery software.

Compliance:

Adhere strictly to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), HIPAA (medical privacy), and Massachusetts state collection laws.
