Compensation Structure:
Base Salary:

$55,000

  • 65000 / year (based on annuity & life Insurance processing experience)
Supplemental Pay:
Structured Quarterly Performance Bonuses Total Expected First-Year Earnings:

  • $71,000 (Base + Bonus) We are a premier financial service institution seeking a New Business Specialist who is motivated and desires success, to join our team as a full time permit employee. In this criticaloperational role, you will be Responsible for navigating
  • to•end new business pipeline, ensuring error•free application processing and high•touch client onboarding.

Because our firm specializes heavily in annuity products, holding a state life insurance license is mandatory requirement to legally handle account details and client inquiries from day one.

Professional Exprerience:

2 to 3 years of direct experience processing new business applications within a financial service, wealth management, or insurance institution is strictly required Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly High proficiency with advanced financial CRM platforms (e.g., wealth box, sales force redtail ect) and carrier processing systems. The desire to grow and learn more in the financial industry The desire to work long-term in the financial industry Industry readiness: Candidate must process a proven track record of handling high volume documentation with an error rate near zero. This is a specialized position requiring immediate operational competence.

Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Pipeline & Case Management :

Own the end

  • to•end tracking of all pending new business cases with our CRM.

Ensure all client interactions, data points and application milestones are seamlessly documented from submission to final funding.

Carrier Underwriting Facilitation:

Proactivity monitor and track applications through the carrier underwriting cycle. Actively communicate with the carrier underwriters to resolve outstanding requirements and accelerate time

Advisor sales support:

Maintain and accumulate, real time sales pipeline database to keep advisory fully informed of account status, ensuring zero delays in the transition from sales process to activity policy. Assist with preparing for our sales process. Help to resolve issues and provide customer service to new and existing customers and clients Process paperwork and issue policies in agreed-upon targets and deadlines Help prepare and follow up on sales transactions Customer and client services Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

Strong communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented Very strong Microsoft Office Suite skills Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent organizational skills Preparing spreadsheets and data tracking

  • 9:00am-5:30pm
  • Some evenings may be required for client events
