Your role will also involve:
Interviewing and counseling loan applicants and enrolling new members Reviewing and suggesting improvements for current and prospective loans by effectively reviewing loan applications and credit reports Assist with loan, cash, and teller services Offer credit score coaching to save our members money Fundamental financial counseling to boost our members money management knowledge
What We're Looking For Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience:
At least one year of customer-facing experience in credit unions or financial institutions.
Skills:
You should be bondable and proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Ready to Join Us?
