Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Financial Services Representative, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional financial solutions and customer service. Duties Engage with customers through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, to promote financial products and services Conduct thorough analysis of clients' financial situations to recommend suitable solutions such as insurance or investment options Negotiate terms and close sales by effectively communicating benefits and addressing client concerns Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and processing applications Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, explaining product features, and guiding clients through the sales process Assist with benefits administration by explaining available plans and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual skills are highly valued Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions Knowledge of insurance sales, benefits administration, and marketing strategies within the financial services industry Ability to handle sales administration tasks efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for handling confidential health-related information is a plus Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients and team members Join us in empowering clients to achieve their financial aspirations! $86,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year
