You'll help keep our Account Resolutions team organized and efficient while supporting members during challenging financial situations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play an important role in helping members move forward and protecting the Credit Union's assets.
In This Role, You'll Prepare correspondence, reports, and collection documentation Maintain accurate files and records Answer phones and provide administrative support Assist the Account Resolutions team with collection activities Support members with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality Help ensure collection processes comply with Credit Union policies and regulations Who We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who is: Organized and detail-oriented An excellent communicator Professional and compassionate Comfortable handling confidential information A proactive problem-solver A collaborative team player who enjoys helping others succeed Experience We ValueCandidates with experience in administrative support, banking, credit unions, financial services, customer service, collections, insurance, accounts receivable, or office administration are encouraged to apply.
