Compensation:
$86,000 - $96,000
Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored insurance solutions. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and long-term collaboration. Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial plans to adapt to their changing needs and life stages. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and innovative environment. Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide clients with the most current advice. Develop and execute a personal sales strategy to meet and exceed targets, contributing to team success. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales or customer service, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships. Ability to understand and articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and relatable manner. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a team to develop and implement innovative sales strategies. Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the financial services industry.
