Position Overview:

The Commercial Private Banker III - Commercial & Industrial (C&I) develops, manages, and expands a portfolio of commercial client relationships while delivering a high-touch, relationship-based private banking experience. This role focuses on privately held and closely held middle-market and upper-middle-market businesses and requires an experienced commercial banking professional with strong relationship management, business development, and credit expertise. The Commercial Private Banker III - Commercial & Industrial (C&I) serves as a trusted advisor to business owners and senior executives and works collaboratively with internal partners to deliver customized lending, deposit, Treasury Management, Wealth Management, Trust, and other banking solutions aligned with Peapack Private Bank & Trust's relationship-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) relationships with privately held and closely held middle-market and upper-middle-market businesses
• Originate new business through proactive calling efforts, networking, referrals, and centers of influence
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering a proactive, responsive, and consultative client experience
• Structure, underwrite, and manage complex C&I credit relationships, including lines of credit, term loans.
