Responsibilities Interpret and process Business Banking loan applications using the NextGen digital platform in a highly accurate and timely manner. Utilization of numerous resources to verify Applicant data and total banking relationships with CBNA. Manage personal workload to complete assignments in a timely manner and achieve departmental goals. Understand and interpret loan application, credit files and loan approvals.
Knowledge of loan application requirements in order to identify missing information from the loan package and create tracking items.
Coordinate and communicate with Lenders and Branch Managers to ensure follow up and receipt of all requiredmaterials relative to the BB loan submission.
Track applications to ensure that compliance to Reg B standards are being maintained. Prepare and send incomplete letters as needed.
Research potential borrowers on various governmental websites for business and collateral filings and document to the file.
Interpret cred files and loan approvals in order to prepare commitment letters.
Order and track mortgage due diligence information necessary prior to closing.
Assist in maintaining BB Department mailboxes to include resolution or response to inquiries sent.
Provide exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers in an effort to achieve departmental goals.
Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements.
Administrationof Business Banking Loan Credit Files and record retention.
Other duties as required.
