The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer transactions, balancing the teller drawer, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate should have a friendly personality and be able to handle customer inquiries in a professional manner. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and answer their questions. Process customer transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Verify customer information and identity. Balance cash drawers. Maintain accurate records of transactions. Follow security procedures to protect customers' financial information. Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in banking or financial services
• Proficiency in basic math
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Cash handling experience
• Familiarity with cash management and cash register operations
• Prior experience in financial sales or upselling is a plus
• Understanding of fraud prevention and detection techniques
• Retail math knowledge is beneficial
