Job Description

The Member Service Representative assists VacationLand Federal Credit Union members and potential members by all delivery channels and is responsible for the marketing, soliciting, and cross selling of all credit union products and services. This includes opening new accounts, booking loans, and professionally handling members' changing financial needs by creating positive experiences that consistently meet or exceed member expectations.

Required skills include:

1-2 years banking experience, prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Candidates must be available to work on Saturdays
