National Enterprise Systems is an award-winning debt collection agency located in Solon, Ohio. We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Payment Processing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of financial transactions related to payment processing. The position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently with computer systems and financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and accurately post payments within company systems. Review, create, and maintain financial reports. Import and export files within internal systems. Verify payment and account information for accuracy. Follow established procedures and quality standards. Handle financial information with professionalism and confidentiality. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Computer skills with a strong focus on data entry. Previous experience as a bank teller or in a related financial position preferred. Experience handling payments, transactions, or financial records is a plus. Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends
