The minimum and maximum projected hourly pay for this position is: $29.00 to $44.41. We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Tysons, VA office four days per week. Responsibilities The Portfolio Administrator, under direct supervision, acts as liaison between the lender and borrower to ensure a proficient loan transaction by reviewing and monitoring loan packages following the approval of a loan.. Requests and reviews borrower information to ensure necessary requirements are met prior to submitting loan package for loan documentation and loan closing. Maintains a strong working relationship with all internal and external customers. Assists all internal and external customers with B2B products and services along with other banking needs. Communicates loan status and progress to internal & external customers. Ensures all proper documents are collected, reviewed, organized, and scanned prior to submission to internal and/or external customers.
Qualifications Requirements:
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent
3 years commercial lending experience
2 years a similar role
Familiarity with commercial loan documentation
Good verbal and written communication
Good customer service skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong organization skills
Attention to detail
Preferences:
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS)
