Job Description The Business Banking Support Specialist serves as a key client support partner, assisting with customer accounts, inquiries, and day-to-day service needs. The role is focused on delivering an exceptional client experience and helping ensure satisfaction with the U.S. Bank relationship. Business Banking Support Specialists work closely with Business Banking Relationship Managers and Relationship Analysts to support both business clients and the banking team.
Job duties include:
Support sales teams in executing a One Bank strategy and growing market share. Retain and deepen client relationships by providing exceptional client experience and support that is knowledgeable, timely and professional. Identify potential problems, and compliance issues. Maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship. Identify products and services that realize clients' unmet needs. Reduce risk to the bank and ensure timely and accurate compliance to procedural, policy and regulatory requirements. Basic Qualifications- Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically three to five years of job-related experience Preferred Skills/Experience
- Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
- Proven customer service and problem resolution skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Location The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule.
