• educate families on practical financial concepts
• support client communication and follow-up
• develop leadership and team-building skills

This type person would be someone who would like work with our Flowood training center part time with a flexible schedule to help families by teaching them simple concepts on how money works. The outcome is for those families to have a plan that allows them to become debt free, have college savings for their kids, enough saved for retirement and to ultimately become financially independent.

Details:

The hours are completely flexible and will require time management skills, but can compliment your current work situation and family life. Our company covers 95% of state and federal licensing including (state life licenses and federal securities licenses) . Our representatives typically start part time and are looking to either make an additional $1,000

• 3,000 per month part time and/or if they desire to transition full time they can at their own pace.

Compensation:

Financial coaches that work at our firm are 1099 contractors where income is performance based with leadership bonuses . There are potential growth opportunities also offered for coaches to run their own business and open a future branch of our local office. For us to partner with a candidate we will conduct a full interview process & background check and candidates will be required to get licensed and trained through our firm.
