full-time Our client, a leading financial services firm , is looking to hire a Customer Support Representative in Columbus OH .

Pay Rate:

$18.17-19.17/hr.

Work Schedule:

4-5 weeks of fully remote training 5 days per week in-office after training After 6 months, transition to a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming calls regarding brokerage accounts with accuracy and professionalism. Assist clients with Brokerage Cash Management products and services. Support customers with online account access, website navigation, and mobile app usage. Handle general account inquiries, financial questions, and service-related requests. Maintain high service standards and achieve performance goals in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members and adapt quickly to process or system changes.

Requirements:

Recent Graduate (Bachelor or Associate) Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented financial services environment. Ability to learn new systems, processes, and financial products quickly.
