Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time, Full-Time Financial Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients with various financial services, provide guidance on financial products, and ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. This position offers flexible hours and is ideal for individuals looking to learn about financial services and help break generational curses on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries related to investments, and financial products. Conduct financial needs analyses to understand clients' goals and recommend appropriate products or services. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including applications, and account maintenance. Educate clients on available financial service products and retirement planning services. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Resolve client issues and escalate complex matters to senior staff as needed. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial regulations. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and maintain a positive work environment. Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities
Requirements:
Open to learn a new skill Get a state license Hungry to change their life and the live of others Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial transactions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability to work part-time hours Thursday nights 6:15pm and Saturday mornings at 10am are strongly recommended for training
