Role Description This full-time Financial Representative role is a hybrid position based in Omaha, NE, with a blend of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Representative will meet with individuals and families to assess their financial needs, educate them on available solutions, and develop personalized strategies for insurance, retirement, and investment planning. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, preparing financial proposals, and following up with clients to review and adjust plans as life circumstances change. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, networking within the community, and participating in local fraternal activities that align financial services with community impact. Representatives will collaborate with colleagues, use Modern Woodmen's tools and training resources, and maintain appropriate licensing and compliance standards. Qualifications Strong foundation in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, with the ability to create tailored strategies for diverse client needs. Knowledge of Insurance products and their role in providing protection and long-term security for individuals and families. Understanding of core Finance principles and Investments to guide clients in building and preserving wealth. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a client-focused and ethical approach. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities effectively. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred; relevant professional licenses (or willingness to obtain them) required. Motivation to contribute to community-focused initiatives and represent Modern Woodmen's mission in local activities.
