Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties Engage with clients to assess their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct marketing efforts to promote financial services and generate leads. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring they understand the benefits of various financial options. Utilize resources to expand market reach and enhance service offerings. Stay informed about HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance in all client interactions involving sensitive information. Provide support in benefits administration, helping clients navigate their options effectively. Utilize bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist a diverse clientele in understanding financial products. Experience Previous experience in sales or finance is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly. Proven negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Familiarity with benefits administration and HIPAA regulations is a plus. Experience in outside sales or sales administration will be advantageous.
