Job Summary We are seeking a Client Services Associate to provide exceptional support to investment and banking clients through phone and email. This role focuses on delivering outstanding client service, resolving inquiries, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations, and identifying appropriate financial solutions. Responsibilities Provide high-quality client support via phone and email. Resolve client inquiries and issues from start to finish. Educate clients on banking, investment, and digital solutions. Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory requirements. Refer clients to appropriate financial specialists when needed. Maintain accurate documentation and follow firm policies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Securities Industry Essentials - SIE - Active Series 7 & Series 66 (combo of 63 and 65) licenses (required) 0-2 years of customer service experience in banking, investments, or financial services preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
