Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about people and enjoys building relationships with clients. This position includes onsite training and development, with leadership and promotion opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calling, networking, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
Experience:
Proven experience in sales is admirable, but no experience is required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
