Job Description

Financial Services Administrative Assistant This is a full-time salaried position providing high-level support to financial advisors. This multi-faceted role is client services, office management, and administration. There will be frequent client contact by telephone, email, mail, and in-person. Key functions will include routine matters involving account administration, maintenance and client meeting preparation. This individual will be a key member of our team and will be treated as such. Handle client inquiries and process service transactions Maintain client relationship management (CRM) software (Redtail) Complete & process paperwork for new accounts and process transfers of assets Communicate with the back office and various insurance companies to help resolve service issues Prepare and upload documents, new accounts, process checks, distributions and maintenance forms Help with financial advisors' compliance, licensing and education requirements Assist with marketing, client events, and maintaining the firm's website Skills and Qualifications Team player with a positive attitude, reliable and resourceful Strong organizational and computer skills Pays attention to details, accuracy, and skilled in setting priorities Uphold a high degree of diplomacy, professionalism, and confidentiality Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, able to demonstrate initiative and good work effort Client-first mindset, respond to clients timely Excellent problem-solving abilities Desire to learn & grow with the firm. Experience of 3+ years in financial services operations desired but not required

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
