In-person interview in locations - St. Petersburg, FL, Memphis, TN and Southfield, MI Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Services Operations Associate to support financial documentation, transaction processing, client requests, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to work across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and compliance. This role is well suited for someone with recent banking or financial services experience who is comfortable working with sensitive financial information, following established procedures, and resolving client and branch-related requests. Responsibilities Process financial documentation, forms, distributions, and internal transfers with a high level of accuracy. Review and respond to email inquiries and requests for information. Perform standard customer service activities and resolve routine client inquiries. Review client correction requests and provide appropriate guidance to branch personnel. Research and resolve operational issues by collaborating with internal departments. Interpret and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Maintain accurate files, records, and documentation. Perform occasional outbound calls to support operational needs. Organize daily workload and adjust priorities as business needs change. Follow required procedures, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Maintain current knowledge of procedures, regulations, and business processes through ongoing training. Navigate multiple systems simultaneously, including dual-monitor environments. Perform basic data analysis and support reporting activities when needed. Work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and internal stakeholders. Required Qualifications High school diploma required. Minimum 1 year of banking experience required. At least 2 years of recent financial services experience preferred, OR a recent Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field with some professional work experience. Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Alpha-numeric data entry assessment required:
minimum 5,500 KPH with at least 85% accuracy . Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
