Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Financial Services Professional to join our team. Responsibilities Engage with clients through outside sales efforts to identify their financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions Conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms and close sales effectively Manage sales administration tasks, including processing documentation and maintaining accurate records Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering personalized financial advice Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach Analyze client data to identify opportunities for cross-selling insurance products and other financial services Assist with benefits administration, ensuring clients understand available options and coverage details Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall service delivery Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is preferred Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending suitable products Familiarity with sales administration, marketing strategies, and benefits administration processes Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to handling sensitive health information is advantageous Previous experience in telemarketing or related outreach activities is beneficial Join our team as a Financial Services Professional to make a meaningful impact on clients' financial well-being while advancing your career in a rewarding environment.
