We provide product training, as well as training and provisions for licensing and securities licensing. Responsibilities Assist customers with banking transactions including cash handling, debits & credits, and cash management. Process loan applications and originate loans in accordance with company policies. Manage customer relationships by providing personalized financial advice and upselling appropriate banking products. Detect and prevent fraud through vigilant monitoring of transactions and account activity. Maintain accurate records using financial software and perform basic math calculations such as retail math and cashiering tasks. Support sales initiatives by promoting financial products and services tailored to customer needs. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies during all transactions. Handle inquiries related to account balances, transaction history, and general banking services efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Do:

As a Financial Services Representative, you will: Educate clients on fundamental financial concepts Help families with solutions in life insurance, retirement savings, debt management, and more Conduct client consultations (in-person or virtually) Build relationships and generate new business through referrals and networking Receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced leaders Have the opportunity to build your own team and grow a business High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in finance or related fields are not needed (we provide training) but aaccepted as a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
