The Opportunity We're seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to help expand our small business client base across Southern California . This role is ideal for professionals who already have strong business relationships and want to monetize their network with a high-value, in-demand service. You'll be selling recurring accounting and bookkeeping services to established small businesses—creating long-term income potential through commissions. Target Clients Small businesses with $500K
  • $5M in annual revenue Businesses with a physical office or home-based operation Located in Southern California Ideal Candidate Background This role is perfect for someone who: Has experience selling back-office services such as accounting, bookkeeping, HR, payroll, insurance, or financial services Is a current or former : Commercial business insurance broker/agent Real estate broker/agent Professional services sales rep Has an existing book of business or Rolodex and can hit the ground running Is confident speaking with business owners, CFOs, and decision-makers Responsibilities Prospect and develop new small business client relationships Leverage your existing network to generate qualified leads Present and sell accounting/bookkeeping service solutions Maintain accurate pipeline and follow-up activity Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding Attend in-person team sync meetings in Tustin 1-2 times per week Compensation & Benefits Base pay + competitive commission structure (based on experience) Earning potential: $
