Excellent customer service, including patience and a friendly demeanor Great active listening skills Capability to learn & use POS system Ability and willingness to collaborate Knowledge of foodservice regulations and proper food handling procedures Capability to learn quickly and memorize menu details Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing to work flexible work schedules that include nights and weekends Physically able to be on their feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds unassisted' Responsibilities Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas and kitchen spaces. Efficiently bus tables and reset them for incoming guests. Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to customers. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries. Manage time effectively to support smooth restaurant operations. Adhere to food handling and safety standards at all times.
