We're hiring multiple entry‑level representatives across two departments, and we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career. We are hiring for two roles, and candidates should be open to any of these positions: Customer Accounts Representative Customer Care Representative You'll receive full training — plus opportunities to cross‑train and grow. 1.

Customer Accounts Representative Schedule:

Mon-Fri:

8 AM-5 PM One late shift weekly: 11 AM-8 PM (never Fridays) Every other

Saturday:

8 AM-12

PM What You'll Do:

Make friendly, early‑stage courtesy calls to customers 1-29 days past due on payments Help customers with payment setups, auto‑pay enrollment, and account updates Assist with password resets or login issues No heavy collections — escalation teams handle those accounts 2.

Customer Care Representative Schedule:

Mon-Fri:

8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-6 PM One Saturday per month: 8 AM-12

PM What You'll Do:
