Member Experience Specialist II -
Banking & Financial Services Sales Location:
Lewisville, TX Pay:
$24.00 - $29.00 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time | Onsite This is an opportunity to combine your financial institution expertise with your consultative sales and upselling skills to make a direct impact on both member satisfaction and branch performance. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional member experiences while driving meaningful business growth. What You'll Do As a Member Experience Specialist II, you will play a key role in supporting branch success by delivering personalized financial solutions and identifying opportunities to deepen member relationships. This role is heavily focused on consultative selling, cross-selling, and upselling products and services that align with members' financial goals.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Deliver exceptional service while building strong, long-term member relationships
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products and services through meaningful conversations
  • Meet and exceed branch sales and performance goals
  • Open new consumer and business accounts while educating members on available solutions
  • Conduct local outreach and business development activities to grow community partnerships
  • Support and strengthen relationships with Select Employer Groups (SEGs)
  • Lead by example in promoting a high-performance, member-first culture
  • Coach and encourage team members through collaboration and effective communication
  • Maintain compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Utilize the organization's service and sales model to create seamless member experiences What We're Looking For We are seeking candidates with a strong background in both banking/financial services and performance-based sales.
The ideal candidate is confident in consultative conversations, comfortable recommending additional products and services, and motivated by achieving results. Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of financial institution experience required
  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales, upselling, cross-selling, or performance-based experience required
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to confidently recommend and promote financial products and services
  • Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of banking and financial products/services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet navigation, 10-key, and typing skills
  • Professional demeanor with strong discretion and confidentiality
  • Dependable, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
