Job Description

Position:

Customer Service Representatives (Mid-Level & Senior)

Locations:

3000 Schwab Way Westlake, TX 76262

Start Date:

August 31st (4-5 weeks onsite training)

Duration:

8-9 Month Contract - POTENTIAL

Interview Process:

Virtual 20-30 minute interviews

Pay:

$15-$18/hr Must Haves (Mid-Level) 3-5 years of customer service, call center, or account support experience Proven experience handling complex customer issues and escalations Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and professionalism when supporting clients Strong technical aptitude with Windows, Outlook, Teams, and multiple systems Senior CSR (6-10 Years Experience) Must Haves 6-10 years of customer service, call center, or account support experience Proven experience handling complex customer issues and escalations Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and professionalism when supporting clients Strong technical aptitude with Windows, Outlook, Teams, and multiple systems

Pay:

$27.20 - $33.50 per hour
