Member Relationship Advisor

About the Role As a Member Relationship Advisor (MRA) , you'll be the face of our organization — guiding members through life-changing financial decisions, making banking human again. From welcoming new members to strengthening long-term relationships, you'll provide tailored financial solutions and stellar service. You'll also bring our Credit Union out into the community, presenting to employers and connecting with potential members where they are.

What You'll Do:

Deliver standout member experiences through in-depth financial reviews and solution-based conversations. Proactively identify financial needs and refer members to business line partners. Lead offsite presentations to existing and prospective employer groups (SEGs). Build meaningful, lasting member relationships via follow-ups, outreach calls, and onboarding efforts. Handle service transactions (including cash handling) and serve as a Notary Public (training provided if needed). Maintain accuracy and compliance with documentation and internal systems (including CRM tools).

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. 2-5 years of experience in financial services or a credit union setting. Comfortable traveling to multiple branches across the DC Metro area. Confident communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Fiserv experience a plus.
