Job Description

Scope:
Provides technical and administrative support to Commercial Banking Clients for all Account and Treasury Management products and services. Works closely with the Business Team, Commercial Lending Team, Digital Group and various support departments to facilitate overall commercial deposit and other business product and service growth.
Essential Functions:
  • Supports with Treasury Service Operations and product lines. Responsible for new product set-up, maintenance requests and service needs. May be responsible to provide training and education to clients.
  • Provides customer support to Commercial Clients, regarding business products and services. Research, troubleshoot and resolve customer related issues.
  • Build and maintain customer relations by providing high quality services. Be knowledgeable on products and services to effectively answer customer questions and related inquiries.
  • Delivers implementation of business and treasury services, ensuring completion of required documentation. Performs set-up of new treasury services, schedules installation, training and client on-boarding.
  • Act as the main contact for the Business Banking Team, to help facilitate the opening of new business accounts and implementation of new Treasury Products.
  • Accompany Business Development Officers or Commercial Lenders on client calls for Treasury Service needs or support.
  • Possess a strong understanding of all Business and Treasury product offerings, to facilitate client awareness and education of bank services, including digital banking capabilities, business products and treasury management services.
  • Assist with various projects and research regarding initiatives with Business Products, Services and Treasury.
  • Participate in various client calling activities as assigned throughout the year.
  • Demonstrates compliance with banking business laws and regulations as defined in company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Banking Sales Team, including scheduling appointments, answering calls, taking notes during meetings, reviewing and creating reports.
  • Handle all clerical and administrative duties, to include copy, faxing, requesting financial documents, assisting with letters and e-mail marketing efforts and mail processing.
Minimum Requirements:
Associates degree in Business Administration or Equivalent 1-3 years of banking experience preferred, preferably with Business Products / Services 2 years of experience in customer support
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal skills (internal & external customers). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter, have the ability to multi-task in a busy work environment. Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills Strong relationship management and cross-selling skills Highly flexible in daily duties Ability to use MS Word, Excel and related banking software.

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
