Part Time Special Assets Officer (Temporary) Provisional Recruiting Liberty Lake, WA Job Details Temporary | Part-time $24.32 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Financial services customer support Client services experience within financial services industry Attention to detail Financial services Empathy Full Job Description We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Special Assets Officer to join a leading Credit Union on a temporary, part-time basis. The assignment is anticipated to last from September 7, 2026 through January 31, 2027 , working Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM . The Special Assets Officer will primarily assist with lower-stage real estate collections while providing exceptional member service and supporting additional clerical and administrative needs as assigned. Wage - $24.32/hour
Duties Include:
Assist with lower-stage real estate collections and member outreach. Provide empathetic, professional, and member-focused service when discussing sensitive financial circumstances. Complete clerical and administrative tasks as assigned. Work across multiple computer systems and Microsoft applications. Maintain accurate records and documentation while following compliance requirements. Balance productivity and accuracy when managing detail-oriented work. Support the Special Assets Department with additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in collections, customer service, financial services, credit unions, or contact centers preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications. Ability to navigate and work across multiple systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and empathy. Comfortable working in a compliance-focused environment.
Pay:
$24.32 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
