Mortgage & Consumer Lender

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for soliciting, underwriting and coordinating the closing of residential real estate and consumer loans in compliance with the Bank's lending policies and procedures; guides applicants through the home financing process via education, explaining loan product options, and determining the best product for each borrower's situation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Prefers a degree in finance, business management or related area and at least two years of lending experience. Work experience should include an understanding of banking practices, financial statement and ratio interpretation, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
