Business Full Job Description Job Summary:
The BSA/AML Analyst is responsible for supporting the Bank's compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and sanctions regulations through daily monitoring, investigation, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day BSA/AML compliance functions, including transaction monitoring and alert review. Conduct thorough investigations of suspicious activities and document findings in accordance with regulatory and internal standards. Review and disposition alerts related to OFAC, sanctions screening, and other watchlists. Perform customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and periodic account and transactional reviews, including customer risk rating assessments. Assist in the preparation and filing of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and other regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Maintain proper documentation and audit trails to support compliance reviews and regulatory examinations. Stay informed of regulatory changes and internal policy updates related to BSA/AML compliance.

Additional duties may be assigned by supervisors or management as needed. All employees are required to strictly adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and the Branch's established policies and procedures while performing their responsibilities.
