Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented AML/KYC Analyst to support our client's Remediation AML operations within the banking sector.

Conduct investigative due diligence on potential banking prospectsReview and analyze corporate documentation, including ownership structures, onboarding forms, and AML-related materialsPerform name screening and background checks using internal systemsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, Finance, or EconomicsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyProactive in asking thoughtful questions and utilizing available resources before escalatingStrong critical thinking and communication skillsDemonstrated drive and ambition - seeking candidates who are goal-oriented and motivated to growA mindset focused on continuous improvement, not complacencyBanking industry experiencePrior experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Know Your Customer (KYC) processes We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
