Job Title:
RCA (Risk/Compliance/Audit)
Specialist Location:
Columbus, OH 43240 (Fully onsite)
Contract:
6-month contract (with potential for extension)
Shift:
First shift (training schedule 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET)
Training Duration:
Approximately 4 weeks (onsite, mandatory attendance)

June 8, 2026 (firm start date) Free parking available onsite Position Overview This role is part of a Fraud Investigations team focused on identifying, analyzing, and documenting potentially fraudulent financial activity across multiple banking products. Responsibilities include conducting detailed investigations, reviewing transactions, identifying suspicious patterns, and preparing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) when required. Key Responsibilities Investigate potential fraud activity across consumer and commercial accounts Perform detailed transaction and account analysis Document case findings accurately in a case management system Prepare and submit SARs based on investigation outcomes Ensure compliance with internal policies, AML/BSA regulations, and data security standards Maintain thorough case notes and support audit/compliance requirements Required Skills Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word (must have) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage workload and meet strict deadlines High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory) Experience in fraud investigations or SAR writing Background in banking, financial services, accounting, or audit Exposure to compliance or investigative environments Bachelor's degree in business, finance, criminal justice, or related fields (new graduates are welcome) Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
