Onsite Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for supporting bank reconciliation and financial verification processes. Key responsibilities include performing bank reconciliations, matching individual line items to bank statements, verifying data formats and financial reports, identifying and resolving penny-level variances, and ensuring that bank balances reconcile accurately to reported, approved, and paid amounts.
Responsibilities:
Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Reconcile individual line items against bank statements and supporting records. Verify financial data is formatted correctly and meets established requirements. Review and validate financial reports for accuracy and completeness. Identify, research, and resolve small variances, including penny-level discrepancies. Reconcile bank balances against reported, approved/allowed, and paid amounts. Research discrepancies and make necessary corrections or adjustments. Maintain accurate documentation and support audit/reconciliation requirements.
