This is a full-time position and provides an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in developing a career in banking compliance, regulatory reporting, and risk management. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, analytical, detail-focused, and able to work independentlywhile exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality. Responsibilities Conduct daily BSA/AML monitoring of transactions, account activity, and customer information, and escalate potential concerns as appropriate. Prepare and file Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), and other required regulatory reports in accordance with applicable regulations and bank policies. Maintain accurate documentation and records supporting BSA/AML monitoring, reporting, and compliance activities. Assist with customer due diligence and other BSA/AML compliance processes as needed. Perform administrative and operational duties that support the bank's overall BSA/AML compliance program. Assist with other bank compliance and regulatory responsibilities as needed. Experience Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations, regulatory reporting requirements, and banking compliance is preferred but not required. Previous banking, compliance, or financial services experience is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and investigative skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and appropriately escalate potential compliance concerns. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
