In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring accurate coverage verification, prompt claim setup, and smooth handling of payments and fee adjudications. High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Claim Intake & Assessment:
Handle the intake of all First Reports of Injury with minimal supervision; conduct initial contact with members to assess the nature and details of each claim.Coverage & System Setup:
Verify member coverage and accurately establish new claims in the tracking system.Member Support:
Provide courteous, professional responses and clear guidance to members with questions regarding the claim reporting process.Financial & Fee Processing:
Review and process monthly pharmacy (RX) and service fees for adjudication charges.Check Run & Data Analysis:
Evaluate reports for check run processes, execute the check run, and analyze post-run data for accuracy.Qualifications & Requirements Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English/Spanish required in order to communicate effectively with members during intake and assessment.Work Style:
Ability to work independently with minimal direction while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.Customer Service:
Interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering empathetic and helpful support.Technical Skills:
Experience with data entry, claim management software, and financial/reporting processes preferred.
