Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Medical Stop Loss/Insurance professional to join their client's esteemed team in Hartford County Connecticut. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a reputable organization.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing and processing stop loss insurance claims efficiently. Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of claims. Reviewing policy documents and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Coordinating with underwriters and medical professionals to assess claims. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries related to stop loss insurance policies. Maintaining accurate records and updating the insurance database as needed. Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly in stop loss insurance, is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
