is seeking a dependable and patient-focused Field Representative to support individuals within the Delaware area. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working independently, traveling within their assigned territory, and interacting directly with patients in community and home-based settings. As a Field Representative, you will assist patients with Medical Assistance applications, gather required information, and serve as a trusted liaison between patients and healthcare services. About

Key Responsibilities Assist patients with applying for Medical Assistance (Medicaid) Travel within a 100-200 mile radius of the assigned territory (mileage reimbursed) Enter client facilities and communicate effectively to obtain required patient information Accurately document patient data and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner Transport supplies to and from client facilities as needed Maintain compliance with confidentiality and healthcare regulations Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Training Requirement Required training at the Newark, DE office Travel for training required; reimbursement provided as applicable Required Qualifications Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current car insurance High school diploma or GED required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and reliable Comfortable working in patient homes and community settings Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Preferred Experience Medicaid or Medical Assistance experience (preferred, not required) Experience working in an office or healthcare environment Physical & Environmental Requirements Frequent driving and travel within assigned territory Prolonged periods of walking, standing, and interacting with patients Occasional lifting of supplies up to 15 pounds Ability to enter patient homes and community settings Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities Pre-Employment Requirements Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of applicable screenings in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
