The Processing and Support Representative will confirm, endorse, service and support internal and external property insurance customers. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm located in our Jacksonville, Florida headquarters. Key Responsibilities Process customer-initiated requests Process deductible changes and cancellations Add, edit, and remove mortgage lender information Prepare evidence of insurance documents Act on vacancy and foreclosure notifications Research undefined inquiries Communicate with insureds and agents Provide exceptional service
