Investigate potentially fraudulent activity across customer accounts while prioritizing daily workflow independently. Navigate multiple internal databases, search tools, and systems simultaneously to resolve complex issues. Identify and document customer complaints in compliance with company standards. Recommend process and tool improvements to optimize team efficiency and operational workflows. Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to assist team members on complex claims matters.
