$40,000-$45,000 per year This role will support the claims adjudication team by accurately entering and preparing claims information , reviewing EDI claim exceptions in Oracle , maintaining provider information, and resolving EDI provider exceptions . The position will also involve manual and web-based repricing , verifying provider participation and reimbursement schedules, as well as scanning and indexing claim documents within a Document Management System. The role is critical to maintaining accuracy, productivity, and timely processing of high-volume claims and documentation .

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of office experience , preferably with an emphasis on data entry Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to analyze incoming correspondence and determine the appropriate information for system entry Strong organizational and clerical skills Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems Ability to work independently and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Oracle or similar claims processing systems Familiarity with EDI claims and provider exceptions Experience with data entry, document management, scanning/indexing, or repricing Healthcare or insurance claims processing experience
