At MITEC Solutions, our Member Services Representatives do more than answer calls—they help people understand and navigate health insurance reimbursement claims when they need support most. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customer needs.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Service experience in retail or service
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in a multi-system environment
  • Basic internet and web-based application skills
  • Typing 35 wpm
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
Work Schedule & Location:
Scheduling Flexibility Required:
Employees will be scheduled to work an 8-hour shift (plus applicable meal periods) between the hours of 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Start and end times may vary based on client and operational needs. This is an on-premises position and cannot be performed remotely. Coverage for this role will require accepting a schedule to staff Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time. This is an on-premises function and cannot be performed remotely.
Company Benefits:
Employees are eligible to participate in the Company's benefits programs following the successful completion of a probationary period.
