OBJECTIVE

Senior AMD Claims Representative Objective To provide an efficient settlement of automobile physical damage losses while providing a WOW! customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Senior AMD Claims Representative Objective Complete appraisals and evaluate damage on vehicles. Relate appraisals to appropriate repair costs so as to have a significant positive effect on the overall profit picture of the company and provide quality service to the customer and aid in the retention of business. Maintain general knowledge of automobile repairs, procedures and accepted repair practices. Stay informed of the latest changes and updates in automobile repairs and technology. Focus on customer service by maintaining timely contacts with customers to inform them of their claim status and their role in the settlement process.

QUALIFICATIONS

Senior AMD Claims Representative Objective Required High school diploma or equivalent required. Three to five years' experience required. Must pass AIC 30 if less than three years' experience. Must possess basic knowledge of computer word processing. Possess the capability to converse with customers regarding the settlement of automobile claims required. Preferred Bachelor's degree preferred.
