In this vital role, you will manage the end-to-end process of warranty claims, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of claims related to product or service warranties. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction by processing claims swiftly, interpreting warranty policies accurately, and coordinating with various departments to resolve issues promptly. Duties Review warranty claims submissions for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all necessary documentation is included. Interpret warranty policies and coverage details to determine claim eligibility and scope. Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to clarify claim details and facilitate smooth resolution processes. Maintain meticulous records through data entry, filing, and documentation of all warranty claims activities. Monitor claim statuses regularly, update records accurately, and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution. Experience Proven clerical experience with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for data entry and report generation. Experience with financial software or electronic health record systems will be advantageous. Strong attention to detail with excellent typing skills for accurate data entry and record keeping. Join us as a Warranty Administrator.
