Job Description
12 Months Contract to Direct Monday - Friday Onsite Overview Seeking a Warranty Services Analyst with experience in warranty claims, service contracts, claims analysis, and customer support. Responsibilities Review and adjudicate warranty and service contract claims. Analyze claim data, identify trends, and investigate suspicious activity. Support process improvements and reporting. Manage contract administration and related documentation. Provide customer support via phone and email. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Warranty, service contract, or claims management experience. Strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Preferred Warranty and service contract experience. Tavant Warranty on Demand. Salesforce. Claims analytics and process improvement experience.
