Job Description

Warranty Services Analyst Location:
Onsite Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST We are seeking a Warranty Services Analyst to join a fast-paced Claims Management team responsible for supporting warranty and service contract operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience processing warranty claims, analyzing data, and providing outstanding customer service to dealers and customers. You'll play a key role in improving processes, identifying trends, and ensuring claims are handled accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and adjudicate warranty and service contract claims while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Investigate claim activity, identify unusual or suspect claim patterns, and support efforts to reduce warranty spend. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to dealer and customer inquiries via phone and email. Analyze warranty data and dealer performance to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders, dealers, and customers. Support administrative functions including contract setups, unit modifications, reinstatements, parts pricing, and standard work documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and system enhancements that improve efficiency and customer experience. Remain flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of experience in warranty, service contracts, claims processing, or a related analytical role. Experience reviewing, adjudicating, and managing warranty or service contract claims. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and investigate claim activity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Tavant Warranty on Demand . Experience using Salesforce . Previous experience with warranty analytics, claims management systems, or service contract administration. Experience working with dealers and customer support in a manufacturing or equipment environment. What We're Looking For Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
